Founded in 1953 as Eastern States Construction Company Inc., the company evolved into Eastern States Construction Service, Inc. in 1983 and has grown into one of the Mid-Atlantic region’s premier construction service providers. Today, we continue to serve industrial, commercial, municipal, and residential clients with the same commitment to excellence that has defined our business for generations.

Our Story

What began as a local construction company has grown into a regional leader in heavy civil construction and infrastructure development.
